Raised in Southern Oregon, Jeannette moved to Bend in 1993, where she attended COCC for two years, while working as a veterinary technician. She attended Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2001. She then returned to mixed animal practice in Central Oregon.
Jeannette has been the relief veterinarian at High Desert Veterinary since 2003, filling in for Dr. Oddo during vacations and conferences. She returned to full time practice at the clinic in August 2008.
Jeannette enjoys working with both small and large animals. She has special interests in internal medicine and equine reproduction and genetics. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys time with family, her 5 labradors and chasing dreams of being a successful barrel racer. She currently competes in divisional barrel races on her two gray Quarter Horse geldings.
